Book about Seaview Terrace (Collinwood)

I haven't had the chance to actually take a look at this book yet.  It purports to be a fully researched history of Seaview Terrace, the Newport Mansion that served as Collinwood on the original series, but sounds like a gossipy cornucopia of Newport lore and legend woven together with some autobiographic musings from author Michael Seggie:

I haven't seen the book yet, either - but Michael Seggie has written about Seaview in the past, including an article for the City Guide 2001 issue of Newport Life Magazine.
