MPI sent a notice to their DVD club that shipment began for the replacement disc. It states, "The disc has just completed manufacturing & has been quality tested to make sure that the issues with the previous version have been corrected."
As the previous post states, it is being automatically sent to all club members who received the 1st Collection. Anyone who hasn't yet received Collection 1 will be purchasing a corrected set. (Will the incomplete disc become a collector's item?
)
In other news, shipping of Collection 2 (eps 35-70) will start the week of March 26. The eps are promised "complete and uncut."

This change in the ghost at just the time Maggie has disappeared would put up warning signs all around me IF I thought it out for a length of time.
There's a precedent for Josette's ghost to speak, and Vicki was aware of it. After the incident you mentioned in the spoiler box, Liz recounted a story to her about her great aunt who, as a child, was lost on a remote part of the beach in the Winter. But a woman in a long white dress appeared to tell her to not be afraid (and may have caused her miraculous rescue as well). Vicki and Liz agreed that the woman must have been the ghost of Josette.
