It's funny, sure, there are Victoria's Secret ads, but they barely ever advertise multiple brands of underwear on TV anymore - certainly not like they did in the '60s and '70s...

Unlike Playtex, the Maidenform ads were usually quite clever.

( True. Though I thought Grayson Hall's seemingly impossible to locate Platex bra ad was clever as she stands there with her clipboard checking all the bits of elasticity of the bra...)

Definitely, though there was some bizarre censorship that prohibited a woman from wearing a bra for these commercials. The garment either had to shown on a dummy or over a fully clothed woman.
