I'd have to say 1795 Barnabas.  Although Angelique seems to be sinking her teeth into the whole town of Collinsport lately, I still don't think she has him beat.

Barnabas of 1795 had Josette, Millicent, plus a whole array of "ladies of the night" that we always seen him trying to "test" out his new found talent with. [fangs]

IIRC, Dirk Wilkins once bit Tim Shaw, Rachel Drummond, and Judith Collins all in the same episode.
