Actually, between 1970-1980...how many of us DIDN'T do just that??
The director explained to Ms. Ankers that, in this scene, her father had been just pummeled to death by Frankenstein, her sister had just been bitten by Dracula, and she was about to run for her sweet life after Lawrence Talbot had just transformed into England's version of the "Wily Coyote."
The director explained to Ms. Ankers that, at this point, he would shoot a close-up of her face, so that she could convey to the movie audience, the extent of the unremitting terror she was experiencing at that very moment. Supposedly, Ms. Ankers looked at the director incredulously and said: "Are you 'bleeping' kidding me!!!"
This current Barnabas NEVER bites anyone ever again on DS.
and Stokes' eccentricity (wearing an obviously old hearing aid). This is not uncommon! I have a neighbor who is 105 yrs. old and still shovels coal into his furnace, owns but doesn't drive a 1956 Dodge (he pays someone to keep it in shape), and STILL has a rotary phone. I guess that's not too bad!
You're getting predictable, Pepe....I'd have bet the house on YOU bringing that up.
Carolyn's wearing a 70's macrame vest, for pete's sake!!
just what is this BLOOD THIRSTY THURSDAY?
they chose a Robservations Archivist (I think that was the title). With all of the other problems and things going on, I assume they never got around to setting that up
but I'm sure the intention is to eventually have the full thing here.
I'm also guessing that once all this other stuff is over (will it ever be over?)
MB will go back to illustrating the ones that haven't been.
