Set-up:
M: "Joe, you wouldn't believe it!  Barnabas started getting fresh that first day so I said BITE ME like I did with you the time you-- remember?  Well I said bite me and then... he DID!!!"  (Boo hoo hoo)  "It all sort of went downhill from there!!"
Joe: "I don't want to interrupt, but I hafta ________!"
