A rare still associated with Scene 222:
(Click here for a 700X612 version)
It's interesting to me that there are several stills of Quentin and Tracy from this sequence down in the basement, and there's this one of Tracy solo, but I've never come across any of Quentin solo. Though, of course, that's not to say they don't exist...

...
222 INT - SMALL - BASEMENT ROOM - NIGHT 222
as the door opens, Tracy ENTERS with her candelabra.
And that's when today's quote -Page 103/Scene 222 - Tracy: 'There's nothing in here.'
- comes up, followed in the script by:
Suddenly there is an unexplainable gust of wind. As
the candleabra is blown out, the small heavy door
slams shut. Tracy screams.

223 INT - BASEMENT CORRIDOR - NIGHT 223
As Quentin reacts to the SCREAM, he runs to the door.
And that's when today's quote -Page 103/Scene 223 - Quentin: 'Tracy!'
comes up, followed in the script by:
TRACY (O.S.)
Quentin!
...
...
QUENTIN
Yes, I'm here. Are you O.K.?
TRACY (O.S.)
Yes!
QUENTIN
The damn thing's stuck. Push
on the inside --
As he starts to pull on the handle.
...I keep forgetting to mention that "candelabra" is indeed misspelled in the script for Scene 222's "As the candleabra is blown out".

"I and my ghosts want a drink! My nerves are shot" He turns around and marches into the drawing room. Liz, shrugging her shoulders, follows. Roger quaffs his drink. Liz clasps her hands together and said, "You distinctly led me to believe that you were to meet Bill Malloy on a business matter alone." Roger, his mouth working, looking very uncomfortable, asks if he denied anyone else was present. "Omitting the truth is the same as lying," Liz asserts. Why must she jump on every little thing so vehemently? he asks. He had reasons for not revealing that Burke and Sam were at the meeting. Explain these reasons, she demands, and he says, "I did it because of you." "Because of me?" Liz asks incredulously. He knew she would be upset by it and didn't see any point in bringing it up until he learned from Malloy the purpose of the meeting and why he didn't appear at it. Liz finds it hard to believe that Bill called a meeting consisting of himself and the others and neither Roger nor the others were aware of what it was for. That's precisely right, Roger insists.
The Lobby Card that I shared back in Reply #78:...

The still version -
(Click here for a 700X476 version)
- a majorly cropped version of which appears on the cover of The DS Movie Book.
And an alternate version -
(Click here for a 700X476 version)
- that so far as I know has never been officially published anywhere.
And there's also various versions of this -... the actual still of that photo, which I'd completely forgotten I owned, so here's a scan of that because it's the best version of the still:
- which I've also shared in Reply #22...
...
...
... the call sheet that I came across earlier this year and have been referencing also lists Scenes 219-220. Apparently they were also shot on April 5th:

221 INT - BASEMENT - NIGHT 221
as Quentin and Tracy come TOWARD CAMERA, Quentin stops
and looks around, sensing something.

TRACY
What?
QUENTIN
Something familiar about this --
Quentin opens a door which leads to a storage room,
as Tracy opens a small, heavy wooden door further
down the corridor.

She visits Lang in what looks like Tony Peterson's office, and he greets her heartily. She calls him Eric. She sits down and says she has something important to discuss. Lang knew she was coming to see him. She'd seen Barnabas earlier and was disturbed by what he said. She asks Lang if he knows a permanent cure for Barn's problem. He does, but won't tell her what it is.She thinks he should tell her, but he reminds her that HE is Barnabas' doctor, and Barnabas will remain his patient after he leaves the hospital, says Lang, because Barnabas knows only he can help him.
Today's -
- and tomorrow's graphics have been newly created with a slight crop of this -
- which still, which I had last time around but I didn't know if it was associated with Scene 220 until Darren Gross explained that it was back in December of 2016:... I have one photo of Quentin close-up with the candelabra, and you can tell from the background that they are at the bottom of the staircase, about to separate.... There are so many stills of Quentin with candles that sometimes it's hard to know which are simply publicity poses and which are for actual scenes. For example, back in '09 I used this for the seance -
- in the original slideshow for NoDS even though I was pretty sure it wasn't from the seance, but I cropped and enlarged it so it would look like it could be....and Yes, that photo you posted of the Quentin with candles on the previous page IS the shot I was talking about ...
And back in Reply #15 I'd shared two versions of this still -... Not all 130 are there, but I know there were to be 130 because the newspaper also published this:
...
Also, because the quality of the newspaper version is terrible, here's a somewhat cropped but much better version of that photo of Quentin:
- which may also be associated with Scene 220, but it may simply be a generic publicity still...
But speaking of Quentin holding a candelabra in a still, a couple such stills will be upcoming once we reach Scene 229, one of which is very rare...
