Wow. I went there quite a bit back in the day. The place was loaded with ambience but the food was pretty banal.

I also went there. And the funny thing is when I saw this article the first thing I remembered was the good times I'd had with fellow DS fans. But then it struck me that I have absolutely no memories of what I ate there. And that may be the root of their problem - as you say, the banal menu.
