Complete the phrase: Randall - "This is working out much better than I'd hoped! Who would have thought that if we followed ________, (he)(she)(they)(it) would lead us to ________?!"

(The sad thing is that if any woman was to sing that song today, it would set women back who knows how many hundreds of years!!  [sad3]  But then, so would so many songs from the '60s...)

Well, it could also be interpreted as a song about stalking.

([pointing-up]  True, that would help to alleviate the overwhelming male fantasy aspect of the song because no guy wants a stalker girlfriend. But still, not helping to not set women back!!  [ghost_nowink])

John Waters loves the song.

(Well, back in the day it was very popular and a big hit. But imagine if someone tried to remake it today!! Lyrically speaking, some songs just don't stand the test of time, and that's the case there. But as unimaginable it may be to see a remake of it today, it's beyond unimaginable to see a remake today of something like The Beatles' You Better Run For Your Life!!)

Run For Your Life is the quintessential Angelique song. Especially Nancy Sinatra's version. [easter_evil]

([pointing-up]  At least with Angelique it would be fantasy and not promoting killing someone in reality!!)
