Title: Chris Pennock Interview

Fans,

Last night I watched an interesting short video interview with Christopher Pennock. In my DS DVDs, it's on collection 19, disc 3, which comprises episodes 962 through 971. Perhaps it was included on the "coffin set" as well.

Chris discusses his impressions of fellow actors Jonathan Frid, Grayson Hall, Thayer David, Don Briscoe, and Kate Jackson. For me the most interesting were his comments about Thayer. He described Thayer as being very humble in his work on the show and quite collegial in his interactions with the directors and his fellow players. He also described Thayer as an artist who was constantly honing his craft and improving as an actor. He described Thayer as his "inspiration." Lovely memories.

Thanks for posting this! I've been thinking about rewatching the interviews on the DVD sets since you don't really get that aspect when you watch on a streaming service like Amazon Prime. And I enjoyed watching all the extras when I initially got the DVD sets years ago.

Thanks for posting the link because it saved me from having to track it down to watch it. But I did still look it up just to say that it's on Disc 99 of the "coffin" set, which is comparable to Disc 3 of Collection 19...

It's too bad that seems to be his only interview (especially when many of the other actors have multiple interviews on the DVDs). I would have loved to have heard his take on the Gabriels...
