Here are some of the promos for Ep #4. Many were extremely similar to the preview at the end of the miniseries, so I'm only including the ones that were a bit different and contained new scenes:

The Gulf War wreaked havoc with NBC's primetime schedule, and as such DS did not premiere at 9pm ET / 8pm CT as originally planned. Instead, NBC had a special primetime lineup with DS premiering at 10pm ET / 9pm CT (Ep #4 didn't even show in many West Coast markets because it was preempted for war coverage - it wasn't shown until 1/25 at 9pm with Ep #5 being shown at 10pm):
