Kathryn is among the guests who will be appearing at The Hollywood Show in Chicago next month March 24-26th. It has a particularly interesting guest list: Angie Dickinson, Adam West, Dawn Wells,
Stefanie Powers, Gary Conway, Lee Meriwether, Edward Asner and Deanna Lund, in addition to KLS.
While you won't have to wait in line anywhere near as long as you would at a Festival, please be aware that there will be a charge for each signature or item. Probably an equal fee for a photo as well. That being said, the shows are well run and can be a great deal of fun.

A bit of an update on The Hollywood Show appearance. If you're attending, you can have a professional photographer take a picture of you and KLS. The charge is forty dollars, which is about the norm for these things. The photo would be an 8x10.
For those who can't attend, the show offers to have a picture signed and mailed to you. Prices vary, depending on the celebrity. The fee for KLS is $25.00. She may or may not be charging this price at the show.

I'm wondering if they give you these 8x10's on the spot? And will she sign it. (I'm not going, but was curious.)

I recently won a concert package that included a meet and greet with a picture with the band (Black Sabbath)...  But the picture turned out to be a download a few days later after they email the special code. The picture was of very good digital quality, but it was a little disappointing as they wouldn't sign any autographs. That is apparently the norm with musicians who need their full dexterity for the show.

I only did that once with Robert Conrad. The photo was in lieu of an autograph. (He wasn't opposed to signing. The effects of an automobile accident left him unable to sign.). I got the picture the same day, maybe a couple of hours later.

That's putting it mildly. I have a pretty large collection and some interesting stories to go with them.

Even probably just your DS fandom adventures would be fascinating I'm sure.

Thank you, RQ. That's an idea that I have toyed with over the years. Some of the stories would have to be cleaned up in order to make them more PG13. Perhaps I should look into doing a blog of some sort.
