Am I bad??

"Consider for your viewing derailment...."

Okay...let's put our fav characters in 'Sound of Music' roles:

Can you picture Barnabas as Capt. von Trapp ;D

How 'bout Ben/Prof. Stokes????

Now I could place Roger (he could definitely be 'nazi ish' also, 'melodical'?
Also, with a stretch...I could picture (((Quentin)))

For the eldest daughter....only Carolyn could do it.

Maggie (cover your delicate ears worshippers of TLATKLS) did not have 'coquettishness'.

Vicki was too dumb (the eldest daughter was feminine, yet smart, unlike our dear Ms. Winters).

For a laugh....picture our wonderful Grayson prancing about in Julie Andrews habit....yet alone being shy and demure :o

iiiimmmmaaagggine Carrie as the youngest, cutie pie daughter.....(there's no avatar/emoticon for vomit, right?)

David H. would've played the eldest von Trapp son nicely.

Patti....who would like to BUY Barn's plane ticket to the Vatican just now :-X

Also....I (shhh) went on today while at work (yes, I'm back to work :'(  ).
The text is thin...this through a cable modem via explorer (it's thinner than last week, not readable).
Plus, I just went to other bookmarked DS sites...they all 'appear' fine.
I'm such a spaz.

Henry dahling...I had forgotten you'd be Casper.

(I certainly hope you read my post: OT Lost Love) cause the next day you were on ;D ).

I read this post because of the title...The Shining is THE scariest movie in the whooooolllleee wide world (I cannot watch it if there's no other grown-ups in the house!!)

Does anyone know where the whole 'murder by brick' spiel comes from? I know I have seen it prior to seeing it on DS, but what I saw it on may have 'copied' it from DS (no offense, but it's not very likely it was originally from DS!)

What makes you say that Chris2?

Interesting...please elaborate.

Thanks

PS...actually, there were taxes....let's remember "Taxation WITHOUT representation...Boston Tea Party.

Okay, as you can see, I'm trying to get the hang of the above bold, italize, etc.
So for glow, it automatically defaults to red.
So I just typed green, and it worked (although it seems to be whitish letters with a background green glow).
I first tried purple.
Also, I changed the #: text,red,300 (whatever the rest is).

I put in the numeral 200 to see if there was a difference.

Will you have to punish me? ;) I made no difference...

I still don't know how to do the quote NOR or all the other cool emoticons (not the 12ish above)

But hey...I'm at least on this board

Okay, tell me if I'm wrong...but doesn't Noah's ?? hat/cap go in tow with Aristede's coat and...and...and

THE [shadow=red,left,300]afghan[/shadow]??

Millicent's hair may be correct for this time frame, but it's ugly :P

Here's some general comments:

The first time around I saw 1795, I thought it was veeerrryyyy long (specifically, the Vicki story line). Now, it seems as if there's only  been a few eps on this.

Also, 1st time 1795, I HATED Angelique, for what she did to Barn.

Of course, I looooovvve Lara Parker.

I realize Diana Millay was preggers (or by now, had a baby), but I would have REALLY loved to see more Diane v. Lara...and along these lines...

I would've loved to see "bad" vs. "good" GIRL...really taking it to the limits.

The closest was Laura Collins vs. Angelique (bad v. bad), but no 'extremism'.

Consider the possibilities..... ;)

RIP Robert Urich :'(

A good 'ol golden lab for Carl, definitely.

A caged, de-venomed cobra for William L. Loomis (PT).

I can clearly see a black cat on Barn's lap, him waxing poetic about dear old Josette while stroking it.

I can also see Quentin being hissed at by said cat; while Joan Bennet's 1897 part saying how dirty cats are.

I can see many purchases of guinea pigs/gerbils for David....don't ask where they end up!!

Of course,

all pets....

would commit

suicide if

THEY HAD TO BE WITHIN EAR RANGE OF CARRIE!!! ;D
