Well, that sucks - Elementary won't be returning until October 30th next season:

CBS fall TV 2014 schedule: Night-by-night grid

But no doubt that's due to CBS' decision to go with football on Thursdays prior to that.

For the 2013-2014 TV season, Elementary came in tied for 14th place (with CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) among broadcast shows with an average of 13.4 million viewers and 16th place when cable shows are factored in. That's nothing to sneeze at!  [ghost_smiley]

(And as for Scandal, which some people might have expected to do better than Elementary if they were judging by the Fast Overnights (which often had Scandal beating Elementary (but as I've frequently stressed, the Fast Overnights do not give the full picture)), it came in at 16th place among network shows with an average of 13 million viewers and 19th place when all shows are factored in.)
