Hey guys. Some of you may have seen this or possible have it on tape (are you out there MB ) however, I hadn't.  I thought in may be of interest.  I devoured pretty much everything on the Revival but as I said hadn't seen this!  ENJOY! I found another one and hope you like it! The second one has some interviews with Jonathan, Barbara Steele and Jean Simmons!

I do indeed have that segment from CNN's Showbiz Today on tape (as you might have figured out from the set decorations, it originally ran on October 31, 1990), but I've never seen the Personalities segment. In fact, I've never even heard of that show. And apparently not many other DS fans have either if we can go by the fact that the '91 DS segment was never even mentioned in SG. (I wonder if it was a cable or a syndicated show?) Thanks so much for finding it and for posting the link. Interviews with Barbara Steele were rarely included in these promotional segments, so it was particularly great to see her. And I loved the "startling" montage from the original series.

YOUR WELCOME Sir!   I love interviews with Barbara as the only ones I have seen are on DS Resurrected.  It looked as if she had a hat on.  I loved it and wish they would have let her wear it on the episode.  I love that particular outfit with the silver pen! DIVINE!

I'm pretty sure the interviews with Cross, Simmons and Steele were all done on January 6, 1991 as part of NBC's Press Tour at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. There are several pictures of Cross and Simmons from the event, and they're wearing those clothes.

I also loved the starling segment as well! LOL

I just discovered a short while ago that one of those "startling" moments will be coming up in May as part of the Quotes Slideshow.

It would have been nice to have some of these interviews included on the 1991 DS DVD set.

Jonathan Frid was certainly gracious in his comments.

Whatever anyone wants to say about the Revival (in other respects) it was indeed shot beautifully.  THANK YOU so much Phillppe!   Side Note: I saw Joanna's new movie on Hallmark (this week) and the woman is GOREGOUS still.  She looks like she may have aged a five years and that is about all. She looks great! She could almost still play Victoria.

OMG--That is Connie Jonas and Judy and May Sutherland who did Wyndcliffe Watch, a zine I really liked!

At around the halfway point of the vid that Vlad posted is an interview with the editor of the Wyndcliffe Watch zine.  Some might also remember May from the old OLD DS SciFi board.

Oops, sorry, I didn't see that 2nd part where you also mention May when I previewed, Taeylor.
