i'm now watching the adam story and it popped into my head that i haven't seen the blue whale in awhile,since before the 1795 story i believe.does the blue whale reappear in later eps. or does it go the way of the collinsport diner(which i can't recall seeing after maggie gets abducted)?

Oh, the Blue Whale will be seen MANY more times in upcoming episodes. In fact, it'll be the setting for several pivotal events.  ;)

LOL!  The place does empty quite a bit after the 1795 story.  One of my favorite post 1795 scenes takes place in the BW between Barnabas and... a certain long lost relative.  :-X
