Considering how long Mr. Karlen's been gone, and how long he's going to be again,  I wonder if he even bothered to ask what the heck was going on in the story line when he showed up at the studio?

Yes it was nice to see Willie after such a long abscence . I look forward to seeing Carl but I will miss the character of Willie.
