Yes, they are. And considering that back in '11 they said during their Seaview Terrace ep of Ghost Hunters that they wanted to go back, it will be interesting to see how they behave when they are back.

I always find it interesting how some articles seem to think DS wasn't supernatural until Barnabas. Others will sort of acknowledge Laura, as this one does by stating that DS introduced supernatural elements midway through its first year. But as we all know, it was more like a quarter of the way into its first year when it actually showed the ghost of Josette and shortly thereafter the ghost of Bill Malloy, both in situations that clearly depicted them as not merely someone having a dream. But then, it's probably more often than not the case that a good deal of the people writing about DS have never actually watched DS or else they wouldn't make the errors that they do...
