Saw Dennis Patrick last night

We had "All in the Family" on TV Land last night.  I was only partially watching, but this one man seemed quite familiiar.  I decided to get a good look to see if I could tell why he seemed so familiar, and it turned out to be Dennis Patrick!  He was a "con man" alumninum siding salesman.

I caught it, too, towards the end of the episode, while I was channel surfing, but I had seen that episode many times before.  Also, later in the series (after Mike and Gloria move into the old Jefferson house and Mike is now teaching in his college after graduation), there is an episode which features John Karlen as another college professor and one of Mike's friends.

one of the grandparents! she said wasn't he Harvey?and i said yes but he was Willie
