Thanks for posting this, Jimbo.  Now I wish I had bought her book! >:(  LOL!  Oh well.  Wish she could have done a performance for us at the Fest -- that would have been cool!

Has anyone here ever seen Donna perform live?
I'm so glad I saw her in A Chorus Line.

When she sang the lyric "God, I'm a dancer, and a dancer dances" she wasn't kidding!
I'd never seen anyone move like that, before or since!!!!!

First, she stood up on her toes, then, still on her toes, she bent backwards until her head was halfway to the floor!
Then she stretched her arms behind herself.
In this amazing position, she did a high kick!!!!

God Bless Her, I'll never forget it!
