Interesting article. I think it must have been written sometime in the latter half of 2012.
I wonder whether the Librarian realized how much a fan collector would have paid to have had a set of the Encyclopedia Britannica with Frid's post-it notes inside.

The article is awash in the usual generalizations and snide comments from people who really don't know anything about DARK SHADOWS or Frid's acting career.

Apparently the person who interviewed Frid must have done so in the early '90s when Frid's opinion of DS was horrendous and Frid had done many interviews in which he said awful things about the show and how he wanted nothing to do with it ever again. But then, that was also the period when Frid and Pierson had had a colossal falling out over Pierson using footage on an MPI VHS of one of Frid's one man shows without permission. To say Frid was livid would be an understatement...

This article was of great interest ... ahh, to be a librarian and also remembered in Jonathan Frid's will. That archivist training really paid off!
