Login/Phone Issue

I wasn't able to log on via my smart phone.
It would have the DS click here to get started, then a very small print (approximately, we can't display this page now) on a while screen.
I was able to go on Amazon, my town's Site, my town's Newspaper site, etc.

STILL can't get on via my phone.
I can go on Amazon, IMDb, FB, etc....
it just has a very small black print on white background, "We can't access this right now, you may want to refresh your browser...." Yes, I did refresh...no DS :(
