On current talk, there's a post by  :-* Darren  :-* regarding people/HoDS.

BUT...the post on main board says it's by "That Other Guy", but when you read the actual post, it says by Darren.....

Patti.....where do you live that Monday mornings are ever happy?... ???... :D

Anyway....if you look at your own Profile, you'll see that there are two places that ask for your name....we all have "names" AND "usernames".

If they're not both the same, they appear as Darren's does right now.......

....and the only reason I KNOW this stuff is because I picked up on the same thing with another member and asked the Mysterious One......[lghy]

Happy day to you too, Patti.  Happy Monday morning does seem like an oxymoron. ;)

Anyway, anytime there's a new display name, such as with a member changing the Name in their profile, or with any new registration, MB has to make a change in the database before that new name will show up in the member's post.  It's just a glitch in our current system that thankfully won't be in the new one.  But clicking on any poster's name, regardless of whether it's a current display name or not, will take you directly to their profile.
