I love that scene too and when I looked at the picture this morning I could hear Grayson's quavering voice saying, "It's BLOOD!  BLLLL.........OOOO..........DDDDD!!!!"   ;D

Any chance you could get a better focus on that?  I want to count her cavities.

Thank you,  MB. You are SO right!  [hall2_kiss]

Gothick, I immediately thought of you when I first saw this capture.  I know how you love Grayson going off the deep end.  [hall2_wink]

Poor Julia - Barnabas was very rough on her during this part of the legendary storyline - would have been an interesting twist if Julia had snapped and was sent to Wyndecliff sanitarium as a patient! Grayson in a strait-jacket. Grayson slowly regains her sanity. Grayson judo-chops Nurse Jackson in an escape attempt from the hospital. Grayson has a showdown with the evil Barnabas at Widow's Hill. Ahh, the possibilities lost.

Yes, Barnabas was very cruel to Julia during this period.   >:(
I mean was what Julia was doing to Barnabas any worse than what he was trying to do to her, or what he did to poor Maggie, or what he was planning to do to Vicki! Hell no!
I was so glad when
their relationship took a complete 180 turnaround after the 1795 storyline and they became much closer.....though not as close as I am sure poor Julia would have liked.
Same here! I even muttered it out loud to myself.

Ah Sandor. I love the way you think.   [laughing4]

That period is always really uncomfortable for me, and since I can't shift gears and view a program selectively as legitimately good one moment and then camp at another moment, I just view it as their letting the "current" DS go to seed, in favor of spending their time working on making the upcoming 1795 as good as they could get it.

It's just bad writing and overacting to me (though did she have any choice?)... not that showing extreme fear is automatically overacting, but this was.    They seemed to be asking us to get off on someone's humiliation.   I can't watch this period.
