Here are some of Joan's movies that I like. Most, maybe all of them are on Tuner Classic Movies from time to time.

Bulldog Drummond - 1929
Disraeli - 1929
11 Men And A Girl - 1930
Moby Dick - 1930
Scotland Yard - 1930
Little Women - 1933
Trade Winds - 1938
The Man in the Iron Mask - 1939
The HouseKeeper's Daughter - 1939
Scarlet Street - 1945
Colonel Effingham's Raid - 1946
The Woman on the Beach - 1947
The Scar - 1948
Father Of The Bride - 1950
House Of Dark Shadows - 1970
Suspiria - 1977

Comcast has a search feature and I have Joan saved on it. I do a search every couple of weeks. The only movies that I've seen with her that I didn't like were the ones where she had very small parts. Keep in mind that in her early films she was a blonde. Sometimes she is hard to pick out because of that. You'll know her by her voice if you listen.
May you die before you want too.

I liked Man Hunt, a war-time film where Joan plays a friendly working girl who helps Walter Pidgeon escape from Nazi spies (her accent is a hoot!).  It takes a dark turn, especially for her character, but ultimately it's a great thriller.

"Manhunt" is a good one. i can't recall what other ones i've seen her in. but in that one she works with the late & great "John Carradine" back before his roles turned out well.... you all know how HIS Carreer sadly went to.

it started around that time actually. Fox i believe ruined his career. anyways, as for "Susperia"

i may be the only one here he he. who thinks that movie is SIMPLY TERRIBLE!

i love "Joan Bennet' & the great "Udo Kier" who is also in it. but that film simply bored me out of my bloody mind! yes i've watched it a few times to give it a chance. & i still feel the same way. it's a well filmed movie. granted, but the story moves along at a snails pace.

B. Collins, I agree about Suspiria.  Love Joan's scenes but the movie itself is candy-colored rubbish.
