today i caught an old re-run of "mcmillan and wife" that featured actress barbara feldon.best known to many as the aloof,miniskirted agent 99 on "get smart".
i was struck by how ms.feldon resembled alexandra moltke.totally gorgeous,high cheekbones,super-lustrous brunette hair(in the first season ms.feldon sported a very mod-ish,very peggy-moffitish five-point-cut.later she adopts a very vicki-ish "do":the front pulled back,the back falling in a lush cascade).
so i was wondering if "agent 99" might not have been a fine replacement as vicki when alexandra left the show?thoughts?
