Minor Selby Site Update 8/26

Two minor additions to the site:
  • the TV schedule has been updated
  • the News page features a link to a July 2003 article and photo from West Virginia State College's State-mints regarding David's work there this past spring and his ongoing involvement with the Media Studies program
