Dr. Hoffman found it very amusing that, if he was ever caught, Barnabas didn't actually fear being destroyed - more than anything else, he feared that they'd cut off his spiky bangs and sell them at a charity auction.

Dr. Hoffman found it very amusing that, if he was ever caught, Barnabas didn't actually fear being destroyed - more than anything else, he feared he'd be caught wearing nothing but his dark blue speedo he wears during his rest in the daytime.
