I post this only because the issue of the content on You Tube being guilty of copyright infringement has cropped up on the forum in the past. Check out: YouTube suit called threat to online communication

It should be fascinating to see how this latest Viacom suit will play out in the courts considering that You Tube has lost similar suits in the past...
