It's wonderful to see DSFan008 posting, too.
I'm a second generation fan, and was introduced to the series when I was around 9 years-old. My uncle, who had been a big fan of the show when it first aired, had gotten hold of some bootleg DS videos in the mid-80s. He started showing them to me, and I became completely addicted
I'm still hoping another channel may pick it back up again.
I know the movie was distributed on video in Canada and it did play in New York at the Big Apple Theater (my friend seems to recall) on 42nd Street in the early 70s but there wasn't any nationwide release of the film.
most of the cast and the director himself were more interested in doing drugs on the set than making the movie.
I have a rather long interview with Frid and review on SEIZURE from the mid 1970s I could share with the board. MB, Dom or Midnite - where would that be appropriate to post?
Re: Tom and Chris - Are their any cast or writers who have gone on record as to what was intended?
And now I am a middle aged New England Luddite curmudgeon who stays home with his cat most Sat. nights.... watching Dark Shadows, of course!
And for that matter
why were Amy and Tom not affected? Especially Tom since he and Chris were twins?
In ep #564...
I guess I am channeling MSCriseyde.
Quentin was known for attempting to strangle Laura... or at least snuff out her burning embers.
I won't say it's the oddest movie I've ever seen, cuz it's not - it's in the top twenty, I think (lol).
I see the icon on the Dark Shadows Forum home page. I thought that when it is lit up blue, I had new unread messages.
