It's a blooper from the Adam storyline. Julia's locked herself in a room to call the cops and Dr. Lang and Barnabas are outside the room trying to stop her. JF was supposed to call out "Remember Dave Woodard!" But he forgot who he was supposed to say so he said, "Remember..... someone!"
