Hi and Welcome also Starshine.  I'm new here too.  Just joined a couple days ago, and have been checking out the topics with great glee.  I've been in fandom since the 70s but for some bizarre reason only got into DS in 02.  Up till a little over a year ago I was very active on the Yahoo groups(I'm lazy -- I LIKE having posts delivered to my mailbox).  Unfortunately many of those groups started resembling road company versions of "Lord of the Flies" so I gave up on posting. .

To make a long story short, here I am.  Let me just say, Midnite, I was OVERJOYED to see your terms of service, etc.  Its so NICE to see a place where nettiquette is observed and enforced. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I'm Jeannie, and use the handles of Quentin's Cockney or Pansity.  I see some familiar faces here (HI Prof stokes and COnnie) and some others I know casually.  Hope to have some interesting discussions here.  Folks here are still motivated to discuss the show!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks everyone for the great welcome.

Prof Stokes -- I keep meaning to email you, I am still sorting thru and trying to clean up and crop those 200 plus digital pics.  You're in a bunch of those of course.

Thank you also Midnite -- and thanks doubly for the compliment on my Selby site and recommending people check it out!  Its very gratifying to hear that from someone like you.  Fair warning to those who are interested -- it  doesnt have bells and whistles, to put it mildly (I only use the Trellix sitebuilder, until life the universe and everything leaves me time to get more familiar with Front Page), but I DO think I have some good interesting content. And I really have to thank MsCriseyde for linking to my site and letting people know I am out there.

Thanks again for the welcomes.  I have been meaning to post in a few of the interesting threads I spotted, but work has been crazed.

Welcome Pansity!  And Midnite, thank you for the info on Oliver.  I am sorry to hear that...I have him on DVD somewhere in my house doing Starshine but am not familiar with the song Jean.

I am going to be travelling next week without any access to e-mail or a computer so will have to catch up when I get back.
