I just ran across this online.  Not sure how old it is or if it's ever been posted here.

Thanks for the post of the article!

I personally don't know what's scarier, the article or the blinding red font!

ROTFLMAOPIMP!!!  You know, sometimes I wonder if Diana isn't just putting all of us on!  ;)
Buzz-isms:

"I like the bike I got, & the chick I got!"
"I know just the place!?Over in Logansport!"
"If ya feel it, SIT it!"
"Come on, before he offers me a side car too!"
"Her nose needed some powder!"
"You askin' me to give up something I like?"

I've wondered that myself.  If not, then ditto what Midnite and MB said.

Well, let's just say she's DS' own Shirley MacLaine.....  She's a fun gal, anyway!

Well put Charles, she reminds me of Shirley MacLaine.  ;)

I checked the source and it is a recent publication ( August 10, 2006 12:00AM)

I have to second that she is putting us on, It does keep us talking about her doesn't it?

I agree.  She's a little 'out there', but what actor isn't?  I've had many one on one conversations w/Diana and she's just not THAT weird.  ;)  She knows how to promote herself, that's all.  Hell, she's probably laughing at those who actually believe her.  ;)

I don't know what she was thinking either, though it does seems highly suspect to me that her public claims about being descended from witches followed the publication of her book, "The Power of Halloween."  It's true that actors are often eccentric, but like dessert, a little goes a long way.

That said, I agree with MB that her DS work is a treat.  Laura is beautiful and mysterious, and there's a sexual intensity to the way she regards a blazing fire, or even a lit match!

I believe that's when their server last backed up the page.

me feelings about diana millay are that she's crazy...like a fox.

she must feel that it is in her best interest to maintain this aura of strangness.

when i first met her she told me that she remembered nothing, literally nothing, about the show at all and in fact had never even seen it.
in a subsequent encounter she was more forthcoming.she remembered that she had left the show the first time because she was pregnant and that a few years later dan curtis called her and asked her to return for a storyline he was working on which of course turned out to be 1897.

one's dealings with her are very different from someone like kathryn leigh scott.both have things to try and sell but kls is pleasant but very business like.with diana you're getting the whole package.

but i still find her rather likable.
sleep 'til noon and your punishment shall be the dregs of the coffeepot.

Diana once told me that she was a Wiccan.

Later that same day when it was announced that Pope John II had died, Diana told me she was Catholic and had stopped going to Rome to visit because the Vatican was always calling her to come have lunch with the Pope.  She found her time there always limited as a result so she stopped going to Rome on vacation.

I was unable to contain my derisive laughter so I will probably burn in hell.  Unless, of course, I can wrangle a luncheon with the current Pope at Diana's behest and get blessed.:)

I did tell Diana that she was one serious piece of work and she just smiled.
