Title: Oh, you lucky Windows users
Post by: Mysterious Benefactor on September 23, 2003, 10:33:09 PM
You get to look forward to possibly dealing with the new Swen/Gibe virus threat.
(I'm so depressed that I'll miss out on all the "fun" because I use Linux.  ;))

I've been using Mozilla for everything except to access the DS boards. Overall, it's quite nice. So hurry up with Mozilla capability, willya? ;)

(Yes, I saw yer note that it's coming "soon.")

One of these days that smug sanctimony of yours is going to get you a good thwacking....... [twak]

Well, I'd hardly be the only one getting a thwacking. Almost completely across the board Linux users tend to have a certain degree of smugness when it comes to Linux vs. Windows. We don't really mean to come across as sanctimonious, but Microsoft just makes it so damn easy when their software leaves its users open to such a ridiculous level of attacks from viruses and worms. So, don't hate me because I use Linux - hate Microsoft for the ineptitude that subjects their users to countless hours of frustration and misery...
