Screen caps of LP's long scene in her 1976 appearance in the Kojak ep "Out of the Shadows" (I did not make that up!):

Here, Jenny Villers meets her ex (played by Ken Sylk) for lunch.  She's late, and he confronts her about it immediately.  The audience is already acquainted with his angry outbursts, so no surprise there.  The heat robbed her of her appetite, but he orders for her anyway, at one point accosting the waitress and drawing the attention of everyone else in the diner.  She tries to calm him, and you know we're seeing the same struggles that ended their marriage.  She asks why he refuses to see their child, and he expresses his anger at his unemployment, her marital infidedility, the bad wig he was talked into buying, and just about everything else that he feels has been done to him, taking no responsibility for any of it.  She then threatens to sue him for child support, but he remains petulant, so she storms out with him in pursuit.  But is Roger Villers so embittered that he became "the Grim Reaper", a pyschotic killer-cum-consumer vigilante that is terrorizing Manhattan?  Her ex will claim credit for the crimes, but Kojak has his doubts.
