I have seen a few non MPI sellers of this dvd claim the 1st episode includes original ABC commercials....i do not think this is accurate as Netflix just shipped the first disc and episode 1 runs complete without the commercials...anyone else notice this?

Devlin, that's because the 1st episode on Disc 1 doesn't have the commercials, it's on Disc 4 in the Special Features.
