Old House Staircase

Does anyone here know what the figure is at the foot of the banister in the Old House?
It looks like a dancing gypsy to some. To me it looks like the Vermont Country maid serving up maple syrup.
Any suggestions?

Come on. Somebody must have an idea. How about posting a jpeg? I was watching the episode where Vicky stays over at the Old House. Couldn't quite make it out though. Jackie?

I always thought it looks liked some kind of dancing woman, with her hands up over her head, and in a long dress that touches the ground. I'm not sure what she is--gypsy, maid on parade, etc, but it definitely seems like a dancing woman to me. Maybe a ballerina?
