I love cats.
My Sheena left us last October, she was 18, and there are no words to express how much Sheenaspa and I miss her. She had the most gentle heart, the sweetest soul, and was absolutly the most exquisitely gorgeous being I have ever had the good fortune to have in my life. I would have gladly given 18 years of my own life to have been able to make her a kitten again. I miss her with every breath, and will til the day I die. We have a tribute to her at:

Since February we have had a grandcat in residence. Her name is Sami, and she came to us because my stepson is divorcing and was not able to take her with him. We've really taken to her, and she to us...so this is going to be permanent.
If I had any idea how to put her picture here, I would show you - but since I don't, I will just tell you that she is a gray tiger, with a little pink nose and yellow eyes.
That is Sheena in my avatar. And always in my heart.

I took a bus across the bridge with my best friend at the time, and we saw it at what was one of the two intown movie theaters then (down from about 6 when I was little). The line was around the block. Then that night we conned her older sister into taking us to the drive in to see it again. We went back the next weekend.
I remember that the character changes didn't bother me nearly so much as the house not being the same.

Hi,
When I registred on this board it was after many frustrating attempts to set up a non-aol email to do so, and somewhere in all the please choose new password, member name already exsists, yada, yada, yada, messages I lost track of who I was where, and ended up being Nancymck on this board.
I don't even recognize myself with that name, so I have changed it to "Sheenasma", so I know I am me.
How do people with multiple emails keep track of themselves? ?!? My simple mind finds it much easier to just stick with my Sheenasma.
