Thanks for the link, Luciaphil. The quote from Mr. Rogers good-bye song was very touching.

Thank you, Sheenasma. That is how I see this, too. Poor Edward always away on family business and then to find out he is not the heir but a mere employee of his family. I wonder if he got a salary or just room and board.I'm a little fuzzy on the logic of turning Edward into an valet for his "moment of truth". Ideas, anybody?
Not what he sees himself as, but maybe as what he feels he has become since Judith inheirited? Or even all his life, while being primed to become the heir? A servant to the family name?

Thanks, Ringo. Penny is a 5 lb. bit of fluff adopted from our local animal shelter.resized Penny's picture for my avatar.
Hey what a cute cat! Before you resized, I thought your avatar was a coffee grinder!
I don't know about including King Johnny. There is something sexy about a wild, passionate gypsy. He just needs a shower, shave, and some clean clothes. Hubba! Hubba!Well, I thought the thread was gonna be about ME!
Yeah - I thought the thread was gonna be about Ringo too! :-
Sometimes, while I don't find a character sexy, I can sort of see why someone else MIGHT. Having a little trouble in this case. LOL I WILL say this though....He is definitely sexier than Aristede, and uh....let's see....Minerva Trask (not to be confused with Mrs. Johnson), and Ned Stuart, and Sabrina Stuart, and King Johnny...
Hey, I'd love to have one of those magical portraits like Quentin! You'd never age!I think I'll go with this one, too. Time travel seems too unpredictable( just look at how much Barnabas has screwed everything up) .

I see Count Petofi as sexually omnivorous: women, young men, unicorns ...
