To teach him a lesson for breaking into the Old House yet again, Willie prepares to throw David out of the house and into the mercy of the group of skunks surrounding the porch all ready to spray.

Willie: I'd throw ya out though the same way ya got in but then I'd have to fix the broken window!

David: That's OK, my father does it to  me all the time!

[Lydia]

Willie:  Now, David, you go out there and get rid of them bird droppin's before Barnabas gets up - I mean, gets back from Bangor - because he's not gonna like it!
David:  That's not bird droppings, that's snow!  At least, I think it is.  I read about it in a book once.

David: Oh your the real man of the house aren't you!  always picking on me cause I'm just a little boy!

Willie: Yeah David! I like little kids a lot! I like to pick them up and see how high they bounce!

WL: David, I ain't tossin ya out 'cause you snuck in here AGAIN or even 'cause ya caught me tryin' on aprons--- It's 'cause ya wolf-whistled  at me when I put on the frilly lime green one!

David: Gosh Willie you must be working out! you could never pick me up this high to toss me out of the Old House like you did before... see ya tomorrow?

Willie: Yeah kid.
