Oh, Mark, somewhere in that amusing tale is a piece of short horror fiction, waiting to come out.
Yes. It could be called something like...
DARK SHADOWS: Lap Dance Labyrinth
A Tale Of Strip Joint Horror, by Mark "I'll sign yours if you sign mine" Rainey
I neglected to mention I took a photo or two.

Neither my husband nor son like DARK SHADOWS at all, and Brad, my 19-year-old wild child, will, on occasion, yell out, "BARNABAS!" for no reason at all. I assume he's trying to piss me off, but it just makes me laugh.
Since I hit my forties, I don't really give a crap what people think of my likes and dislikes, so I freely admit my passion for our show. I didn't always; I was too self-conscious. If people look askance at me, they can go to hell.
It's great being a grown-up!
Love, Robin
PS - Mark, I really enjoyed your little stripper club story, and as for the photo that followed--sick, wonderful, sick!

My daughter is now grown and married and thinks I am obsessed and weird but doesn't hold it against me.
Did I just hear LoveAtFirstBITE say "touche"?

Or it could be Connie's fantasy of jumping out of the Q-Man's birthday cake!!! That would give a new perspective to the new Q-man/DS Forum catch phrase..... YUMMY!
Hey, last night we went out to dinner and my husband actually said he enjoys watching DS sometimes. I think I am still in shock. I don't think it was the drinks we had only had one. Wonder why he was buttering me up? ( I know what the rest of you are thining he was hoping to get lucky'} I think the man is hoping to keep me sane until DS is back and through the holiday season.

My older sister used to make fun of me for watching DS when I was a little sister.
Or perhaps you've had a sex change and it was a Freudian slip. [ghost_wink] We may never know...
After all that effort to cover it up too [ghost_sad]
