How quaint. But I wonder just how familiar with the series they can really be if they're writing about the "1895" storyline...
Of course, as we all know, the series writers slid around with 1795, switching to 1796 (which did follow the calendar properly) and then to 1797 (which, alas, was pure stumbling DS discontinuity).
And I wanna know--where's the JULIA room????

What are the prices?
-
Are we guaranteed to get stuck in a secret corridor? How much do the employees do for you? I mean, do we have to bury the bodies ourselves?
-
It would be no fun unless we have to bury the bodies ourselves. [b003]

Well MB, I defer to the voice of experience then!!

Unless it has a housekeeper with her hair tied in a bun so tight it would put out an eye if it let go, spent her time eavesdropping on guests while "dusting," and counted how many cigarettes she had left in her pack and accused everyone of pilfering them, I'm not interested.

I can hardly blame you, sir. I'll go along with this, as I have no will of my own. Not sure how that happened, really. Oh, well. I'm sure the answer is interestingly supernatural, and that I'll find out eventually......

That's hysterical...of course I want the Julia Hoffman room...I'm in the area for work once or twice a year. [8_2_59]

That is so cool!!! The house is awesome!
-
What an awesome theme for a B&B! I think it would be alot of fun to spend a night there, which I just might do this summer. (If I do stay at the Collinwood Inn, I'll be sure to share my experience with everyone on here.)

Welcome to our newest member!

Wow! How cool! Hope they're getting lots of business!

Hi Gothick. You must have read it wrong. According to their website, they have an "1897" Drawing Room, inspired by the storyline in which Barnabas uses the I-Ching to time travel back to the year 1897 in order to find out why Quentin's ghost is haunting Collinwood.
Oh, and you will also be happy to learn that they DO have a Julia Hoffman room! [snow_smileydevil]
-
Hmmm - I *think* the Quentin and Julia rooms were added to the Web site after this topic was first posted.
-
Marvelous! For the sake of accuracy, they should really have a coffin instead of a bed in the Barnabas room though. [vampy]
-
Yes, and for additional accuracy they should make it a short coffin.

Hahaha! Most definitely!
