Bramwell seriously questioned the wisdom of Flora wearing four lit candles in her hair - especially when one had burned down to the point where it seemed dangerously close to igniting her hair!!

Flora is Bramwell's cousin (by marriage - and who knows if there are any removeds in there?).)
