We're still gaining on Hercules, but, our projected time to overtake DOUBLED with
yesterday's differential.

It is disturbing to see that Hercules seems able to match our progress. I don't know if they
will be able to sustain that pace, but, we need to crank up ours.

Our vote advantage, the amount which determines how much time remains, was 149, the highest it has ever been, and, we are under FOURTEEN days away from the Top 40, as things stand, barring a rally by Hercules, or a slump by us. Remember, three months ago, we were FOUR YEARS out of the Top 40!

Don't let the numbers foll you; we didn't really do that badly, yesterday:

Rich Labonte just cut off the votes around noon, yesterday, resulting in higher-than-normal numbers for the previous day, and, drastically-reduced numbers for yesterday. He also whacked the voting streaks (again) of anybody counting 'em.

One thing to note: Despite the cut-off, Hercules managed a modest rise in votes, yesterday. That tells me that they have surged, again. Let's be ready, today, folks, and, if you're not already using one, start using some sort of vote timers, to maximize your voting efficiency!

If, as I estimate, there are 60 Dark Shadows voters, at an average of 6 votes/day (reflected in our recent trends), if each of us voted ONCE more per day, we could get a daily total of around 420! I realize that many of us are already doing all we can; however, if you optimize your vote timing, you should be able to squeeze at least an extra vote out of any given voting period.

Let's give it a try!
