alexandra moltke left d.s. only a few months before the 1897 story began, and shortly afterwards victoria was written out permanantly.but if she had stayed with the show, as a contracted player, the writers would have had to come up with a character for her in 1897.who would she have played?could she have been an evil character?or would they simply send "vicki" back in time like they did with 1795?

I think she could have played Julianka or Beth. She could have even played Judith. I always thought Joan Bennett was really a little too old for that part. 8)

She always wanted to do a different role, well crazy Jenny would have been that role to stretch...I bet she would have loved the scene where she gets to knock the heck out of Dirk Wilkins.

Well, Alexandra (and her successors) were pretty much the only actresses to not play any other role in any other time period, so maybe we could have been treated to a 120 year old Victoria Winters Clark? ;D

I always thought she would've been great as the daughter of Magda and Sandor. I could see Quentin trying to put the make on her and she either uses him or spurns him. Of course, Beth would be jealous.

Most likely she would have played Rachael Drummond. Though I wonder about KLS still remaining on DS at this point if AM had stayed on.

I think she could have been Amanda Harris. AM looks divine next to Selby. Certainly, her acting would have been better then Donna McKechnie's IMHO. I doubt she would have come back as Rachel Drummond. It's too much like Vickie.

This page here (http://victoriawinters.net/boards/am-ds.htm) is where I got the idea from. The background on the left of DS is by my friend, Roxanne and I made Alexandra to the left. It was just an experiment to show another friend how to code two backgrounds on the same page using a table code.
It's not them "together". Just next to each other. But, they look good together I think despite the roughness of the page.
