We all know Alex Stevens played the werewolf. But was it David Selby or Don Briscoe who gave the award winning transformation scene? Who gets your vote as the best WOLFMAN?

I always thought that Briscoe's transformations were better by far. It was the one thing about his acting that impressed me. To me, Selby sounded like he'd just broken a nail whenever he transformed. I really didn't hear the agony of a man transforming into an animal that Briscoe projected.

I think Don Briscoe's transformation scenes were the best.

:) I think Don Briscoe captured the wild beasts essence in his version of the transformation.

It was Qeuntin I believe who gave the most true sense of suffering, the agony as well as fear of becoming a wild creature of the night! preying on the innocent people of Colllinsport, not knowing who his next victim will be... praying no one in his family cross his path! :o
All the while knowing someone would die when the moon was full :o

OK, I'm going to have to go with Selby for ONE reason. Only he could transform and become a foot shorter! A truly amazing accomplishment in my book. :D

Ah gee, this is tough, I like Don Briscoe's "Chris Jennings" wolf but I also like Quentin's too....oh whats a girl to do. LOL
I can't wait for either one of them to step into the light or should I say the dark of day soon on DS! :) [hello]

I would have liked to seen Jeff Clark transform into a werewolf. Just think of him, positively frenetic as he undergoes the transformation into the wild beast: clutching the hair on top of his head, the hair on his face, the hair on his chest, the hair on his labanza, the hair on his...., well... you get the idea, don't you?

Bob, you are a total hoot. You remind me of a guy next door to me in our Brockport, NY dorm who always used to invite us to play Clue, Monopoly or Scrabble with him. When we turned him down, he'd say, straight-faced, "All right, then, I guess I'll just go have to play with myself!"
As for the vote, I'd have to say Chris was the best transformee. Quentin always screamed like a girl (no hitting, I love the Q man, but his screams were not masculine)!

Have to vote for Briscoe, although there were a few times watching Selby that I was convinced he'd throw out is back if continued to bend that way.

ROTFL!!! Bob!! The best part of it is that he doesn't even have to go through with the transfomation! He acts that way anyway!! [scrm]
As for the question at hand, boy this is such a hard choice. Here we have two good looking men groaning and growling and turning themselves into wild beasts!:-* I think Quentin did suffer the most agony over it, he always looked so tortured and you really felt sorry for him. :'(
As far as the best wolf cry, I'd have to go with Don Briscoe because I thought his cries always sounded so mean and masculine. [scrm] [bawl]

David Selby was a far better actor than Don Briscoe; however, I think Briscoe probably did better werewolf transformation scenes. And a complete and total ROFL at Bob the Bartender's post.

Yes I too would like to I Ching a LOL back through time to 2002 (back when the board wouldn't let me join!) at Bob for Jeff Clark, Wolf Man. I think though, that with Jeff or Willie, the horrific transformation might work the other way. Or... Suddenly, whoever's there watching it happen would say, hey, Jeff, you really need a shave all of a sudden, but relatively speaking, you've calmed down a little....
Quentin always seem to bend himself in half, sideways, whenever the transformation happened.
