Looks like a bird to me! Maybe it's more a Laura Collins cane instead.

The funny thing is when you click the description, it says Eagle cane. Reminds me of a Coach episode where they didn't proof an order properly and they ended up with screaming beagles t shirts instead of screaming eagles.

Hee hee hee hee hee! That sounds familiar. Now that I think over Eagle cane, I'm wondering if it could be for the Eagle Hill cemetery caretaker. He seemed like he needed a cane too.

I looked at it again, and the whole page looks different from what I recall of the first time.  The big one at the top says "Eagle Head," but below that are a lot of smaller ones which all mention Dark Shadows and mention Wolf. 

I'm also wondering about the differences amongst them.  The eagle head is 349.99!!  And, the Dark Shadows wolf ones have a variety - 28.07, 31.00, 50.70, 30.68 and more.
