Magda's girlie run ..
« on: November 14, 2002, 02:55:00 AM »
I chuckle, i smile.  .but rarely do I laugh right OUT LOUD when i see DS but today when Magda ran her little "girlie" run to lock out zombie Quentin . .i just BUSTED out. . .Julia Hoffman would never run like that!

I also too liked seeing Magda's fondness for her fat hero  husband.

Yes, and then she got mad at him when he asked for something! Too much trouble! I loved every bit of it too...

I also smiled for the gypsies in this scene, Sandor was so pleased with him self  as Magda proclaimed him her hero... then said it would be better if the(Quentin) Zombie had finished him when she had to nurse his wrist....
a most touching sight I must say...  :)

one thing i noticed was Magda's dark skin. they must've put something on Grayson Hall to get her skin that dark. I must say, Magda is 1 of my favorite characters played by Grayson Hall..

Yes they definitely got out the darker foundation today and used it here on out. . .did they run out of the other stuff or did Dan say she didn't look exotic enough?? It boggles the mind.  ."She needs darker make up and longer hair. . longer hair!"  (Dan always wanted her to have more more more hair!)

The 'girlie run' gave me a case of the sillies too.  And Magda and Sandor get my vote for the least dysfunctional couple in the 1897 storyline - sure she wears the pants, and they give each other grief, but they genuinely seem to care about each other!  :)
