Wow MB! Glad you have got a chance to post about the show again!!  We don't hear enough from you like this, I  think. [and I Yam]

But Julia was one of the best things in the 91 series I thought as well.  I enjoy it for the 'different animal' [thanks MR] that it is - at the time of the original run, the paperback series and the comics and comic strip were also kinda different animals too, with a different slant on things sometimes.  For me the '91 run did not have the 'charm' and camp the Real Thing does - but the '91 had an eerie vibe, much more edgy.  But it was always getting juggled in the schedule [and it didn't have TLATKLS, either....... I'm trying to tone it down...]

Hmmmm... Now you might as well admit that the absence of TLATKLS was the only reason Ringo...
