David had three. Denise had none. I thought I'd remember David doing one but not Denise. I think my memory is improving, lol. The source for the count was from one of KLS's DS Alamanacs.

Go dom with your authoritative!self!!!! Whoosh!!!

DStoDA...duh, I'm sorry, but I don't know what 'promos' in the context you're talking about are.

Could you elaborate?

Thanks,

So when Don reached those pearly gates of heaven, I've no doubt Grayson teasingly greeted him in Julia-voice: "Tom Jennings! Noooooo!!!" - whereupon they hugged, and Grayson took his hand, assuring him,  "I'll take care of you, kid. No full moons up here. Just peace."

Sandor, thank you. You made this slightly more bearable...you brought a slight smile.

So, I haven't been able at home OR at work to get online at all (except for last Sat for 5 minutes).

Now I FINALLY (praise God) can get on....and it's different.

WARNING WARNING WARNING::::::

I am not exaggerating when I say installing XP Serv. Pack II was a total nightmare.

First, I could not get on the internet; tried my ISP (verizon); they tried everything.

Then, the next time I have a spare hour I call India (Dell).

They tried this that/the next thing; could NOT uninstall serv. pack.

Both Dell and Verizon say they have had nothing but major problems and headaches from service pack.

So, if you were contemplating it.....I wouldn't.

Thanks for letting me vent.

HOORAYYYYY!!!! I'M  ONLINE!!!!

« on: October 14, 2004, 02:48:51 PM »
Well, since my husband installed service pack, I have not been able to get online at home (I'm at work now).

On taskbar, there's an icon saying no internet connection; if I log on to verizon, says okie dokie.

Called Verizon, they can't see the problem.

First, after he installed, I had to tweek ALOT of stuff even to move (not online).

WAAAHHH!!! and this computer at work sucks.

Cool graphics MB.

Love,

Patti

Testing. 1, 2, 3... / Post Color Question
« on: October 07, 2004, 12:41:52 AM »
I hope I'll phrase this right...but, each post, the BACKGROUND color is different (light to dkish gray).

Sometimes (shoot, ALL the time) I can't figure out if it's going to be dark or light. This matters in conjuncture with TEXT color.

Is there a sure-easy way to know/tell which shade it'll be?
(Again, hope I phrased this somewhat coherently!)

Thanks,

Patti
